This Privacy Policy describes how Filmoyo (“Company,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Filmoyo platform and websites (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect. Account information (name, email, credentials); purchase information from our payment processors and retailers (including JVZoo) — we do not receive or store full card numbers; the content you create (prompts, scripts, media, films), stored so the Service functions; and standard usage data (IP address, browser, feature usage) via cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information. To provide and operate the Service, process purchases, provide support, send transactional messages and optional product updates (opt out anytime), maintain security, and improve the Service.
3. AI processing. Your prompts and inputs are processed by AI model providers (ours and, where you connect your own API keys, yours) solely to produce your output. Providers you connect yourself also apply their own privacy terms.
4. Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help operate the Service (hosting, storage, payment, email, AI model providers) under obligations to protect it, or where required by law.
5. Cookies. Used for sign-in sessions and basic analytics; control them in your browser (the Service needs session cookies to function).
6. Retention and deletion. We keep account data and your content while your account is active; request deletion anytime (Contact below). Purchase records may be retained as required by law.
7. Your rights. Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Where GDPR/CCPA or similar laws apply, we honor the rights they provide.
8. Children. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes. Updates are reflected in the “Last updated” date; material changes are notified through the Service.
10. Contact. legal@vidoyo.com. Filmoyo is a product of Explaindio LLC.
